Requirements
  • Windows PC
  • USB
  • Foreign network sim


How to unlock your ZTE MF253V
  1. Install the driver from the drivers' folder
  2. Remove the sim card from the modem, power it on, and connect to the PC
  3. Enable diagnostic mode by visiting the URL below

    http://192.168.0.1/goform/goform_process?goformId=MODE_SWITCH&switchCmd=FACTORY

  4. Launch device manager and take note of the port number for diagnostics port under Ports & LPT
  5. Run the *.cmd file (automatically unlocks and reboots to normal mode)
