1. Insert the foreign network sim into the mifi
   
2. Turn on the mifi Wifi and connect to PC/Laptop with Your new or good Data Cable
   
3. Extract the unlock code calculator and launch the *.exe file
   
4. Input the IMEI of your mifi into the input box and click on calculate
   
5. You'll receive 3 unlock codes
   
6. To unlock your Huawei E3121, use the v2 algo code
   
7. If successful, restart the mifi and don't forget to change APN settings in the dashboard
